General Commission Booking Deposit
Reserve your bespoke piece of furniture/Made To Order item and secure your booking slot in our diary via this non-refundable deposit. This deposit is fully deductible from the total overall cost of your item.
Prior to booking can you please get in touch to discuss lead times, plus your chosen made to order/available for custom order item.
If required (not in the case of a Made to Order item) A zoom/phone call will follow the deposit booking to work through design ideas ensuring we create the perfect, statement piece, bespoke to you! Mood boards and a selection of mock-up design proposals are sent across for your deliberation.
The remaining balance is spread over two equal instalments. The first instalment will be invoiced upon completion of the design consultation. This will be due prior to work commencing.
Detailed photographs and a video will be sent upon completion of work, together with the final instalment invoice. This must be settled before delivery.
Invoices are payable via BACS. Debit/credit card payments are also accepted (3% card transaction fee applies)
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, please refer to our Shipping Policy. We work with a wide range of specialist couriers who delivery globally. Prices vary depending on the chosen cabinet size, weight and delivery location of the item. Please message for an accurate quote.
Rates range between £400-£2500+
As a vintage piece of furniture, the history of previous homes and lives add character and charm to an item of this age. All our creations are expertly refinished/restored to an exceptionally high standard. Some minor imperfections may still be present which is in-keeping of the age of the item. Any small imperfections are embraced and do not reflect or detract on the quality and beauty of the end restoration. With all our work, any questions are warmly welcomed. I will happily provide a thorough report on an items condition, and/or provide detailed photographs and videos (all our commission work is inclusive of detailed updates, and a final walkthrough prior to dispatch)
Will Vary
- Delivery to most of UK mainland is mainly inclusive to the listing price.
- There may be a surcharge for delivery to Wales, Scotland or NI, please enquire before ordering.
- Delivery is a one-man lift and help is required on your side.
- Please do message before purchasing for a quote - if there is limited access or delivery will be to upper floor.
