Commissions: Terms & Conditions
Some important terms and conditions regarding your commission.
A commission deposit is required for commission slot reservation. For sideboards, cabinets and general commission items there is a £99 General Commission Deposit. For all Cocktail Cabinets, a £225 Cocktail Cabinet Deposit Listing. Please purchase the relevant deposit. Each non-refundable deposit is fully deductible from the total invoice cost.
Once your design is agreed, your invoice is inclusive of your choices and there will be no hidden extras for the agreed works.
A 50% balance invoice is sent once design details are fully agreed. Minor revisions are accepted however late changes or overall design changes are likely to incur additional charges and a delay to your agreed delivery.
The 50% balance must be settled ahead of your agreed commission start date. If you wanted to delay the start, or payment isn’t received, a new non-refundable booking deposit would be required to secure another booking reservation. This is so we can fulfil, without delay, other custom work that is subsequently booked into our custom diary.
The remaining 50% balance is sent with pictures and a video of your completed works. Items are dispatched once settled.
Please note that all custom work is non-refundable, unless defective or damaged when arrived.
